Philadelphia City Wage and Net Profits Tax Rates to Remain Unchanged
On July 1, 2011, the Philadelphia Department of Revenue announced that the rates for city wage tax withholding and net profits tax will remain unchanged until further notice. A scheduled tax rate reduction has been postponed. Accordingly, the following city wage tax and net profits tax rates are in effect for the entire 2011 calendar year.
Residents of Philadelphia 3.9280% (0.039280)
Non-residents of Philadelphia 3.4985% (0.034985)
